We're hiring 3 HUNGRY AND SUPER TALENTED CLOSERS to turn qualified, inbound demand into cash! This is a one-call close environment for disciplined operators who live for performance, hate excuses, and want to get paid like a pro. You'll sell 1:1 weight loss fitness solution to leads who value speed, clarity, and accountability.
OTE: $8-15K stabilized from qualified inbound calls
The goal is to be HUNGRY and do whatever it takes to get the prospects on the phone, and close them.
We are an agency that helps Fitness Coaches sell 1:1 online fitness coaching.
Every closer we bring in will use the exact systems that we have tested over the last 3 years. Follow the processes to a T, and you will make a boat load of money, and help 100s and 100s of people change their lives.
We get high, and very qualified leads every day because of the fact that these coaches have such large brands and ad targeting potential, meaning lead flow is constant. You WILL get a lot of calls, and you WILL be tested quickly. If you are a killer, you will win, VERY QUICKLY.

1:1 Online Fitness Coaching Program for 3, 6, or 12 months
Price points dependent on offer you are placed on. Main offer around $3-4K, higher end packages $6-8K, some as high as $10K.

Full Time Closer Role (No other gig. We expect commitment from our team)
6 day a week availability with at least 40+ hours of call availability per week (EST hours). Alongside outbound work, admin work, and team meeting. We only want killers. Your job is to raise the standard, not meet it.
Estimate 70% of call availability will be filled by setters. The rest of the time, you will be expected to dial your list to fill the rest of your calendar.
Full training provided by Sales Manager before you even take a call.

MUST BE IN GOOD SHAPE. On the calls, you are going to be framed as a coach for these programs. Meaning you need to be in good shape and be a person that the prospect wants to listen to about fitness.
Must be able to work on EST Time Zone (Must have your availability fall between 9am EST - 12am EST)

Manage pipeline with precision: CRM hygiene, same-day follow-up, accurate data management. Why would you throw money away? Organization is a MUST.
Contact new leads within 5 minutes, do outbound, and work your list.
Hit or exceed targets: close-rate, show-rate, cash collected.
Participate in team huddles, game tape reviews, and roleplays.
Be coachable and MOTIVATED BY MONEY.
Manually confirm every call with our efficient system to maximize show rate. Follow our playbook, make more money.
Level up on your own. Yes we help, but we want people who BREATHE THIS. If you only work when you are expected, this is not the team for you.
Proven previous sales experience. Online or in person.
Extremely high level communication.
Strong understanding of sales frameworks that agitate pain and sell the dream outcome.
Fitness fluent. Can speak training, nutrition, and accountability at a competent level.
Be in good shape.
Full-time, EST coverage, perfect english
Organized, disciplined, and metrics-driven.
Relentless. You don't take no for an answer. Objections are not a thing. You collect cash. End of conversation.
No proof of sales experience
Wants sales to come to them. You are expected to hunt prospects in addition to the inbound calls you are given
Immature, disorganized, or allergic to admin and feedback.
Looking for "balance"
